Veneto ham must be put on the market with the following characteristics:
1- mark of where the animals were bred and of the suitability of the legs of pork
2- mark of authorised butcher
3- metal seal with year and month of salting
4- Consortium branding with indication of estadlishment where ham was produced
5- producer?s mark
COLOUR: on cutting, the ham should present a rosy colour
